I am taking part in the Vertical Rush to support Shelter. This involves running up 42 floors/ 920 steps in Tower 42 in the City of London.

Please sponsor me for 10p a floor (or if you  are feeling generous 1p per step). All the money is going to Shelter to help fund their core advice services that help people are facing homelessness; this is a growing concern. In fact, homelessness increased by 13% in 2011.
