I'm running the 2023 Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 1st of  October. This is a charity close to my girlfriend Ella’s family, and one I have grown to know about and have a closer connection to. This charity is such an inspiration to me, it raises money for families who have lost a child with no life insurance. They pay for a child’s funerals so families in grief don’t have to worry about it. 

This Cardiff half marathon will be my first. Me and Ella want to raise as much money as possible as it is for such a good cause. Please dig deep if you can and help raise as much money for this wonderful cause.
