Dear Family/Friend, Asalaamu alaykum!

So I can’t swim. I don’t like the water. I’ve not lasted more than 4mins on a rowing machine. And the only race I’ve entered has been “Asian - Pakistani”. 

But next month inshaa’Allah, with little or no training, I’m onboarding Team MIR’s boat to attempt to victoriously navigate Fairlop waters in the Al Noor Annual Dragon Boat race. All to raise money to help vulnerable street children in Dhaka, by establishing a pop-up railway shelter and school. 

I hope you can humour my bold ambition with a small donation, for a good cause.
