Families in the Northern districts of Dinajpur, Nilphamari & Panchagarh face acute poverty due to limited income opportunities. Families mainly rely on daily labourer incomes connected to agricultural work, which usually pays a maximum of 500-600 Taka (£3.20); however, during lean seasons, the majority of families become jobless, and food insecurity gets worst, causing a high prevalence of health issues due to their weak immune systems. Access to Health, Education, Clean drinking water and sanitation is not available to the majority of the population; around 85% of families do not have sanitation facilities and use open defecation, and the situation is w
