This September, I will be running my first ever half marathon to raise funds for The Royal Air Forces Association.

From supporting ex service members to offering effective childcare for children, from making over 100,000 outreach calls on average per year to answering enquiries and offering guidance and assistance tailored to specific needs, the RAF Association ensures that every member of the RAF community receives all the help that they need. With the RAF community comprising of over 1 million people, it is vital that we support this charity so that it can continue to make such an important impact on people's lives, as it has done for over 90 years.
