On Sunday 20th October I will be running in the Great South Run to raise money for CFK. A charity that help and support my gorgeous godson Mikey.

Cystic Fibrosis mainly effects the lungs and digestive system. Those with CF will be on medication for life, taking around 40 tablets every day in adult life, and their life expectancy is just 40 years. 

CFK support the children under Portsmouth Hospital with CF, We provide Hospital and Sports Equipment along with Activity Grants, Yoga, Listening Service, Hospital TV cards, Hospital canteen cards, Cinema vouchers for in-patients and other services.
