On 20th October 2019, our team of runners consisting of Iain, Rachel, Caleb and Hayley will be taking part in the Simplyhealth Great South Run for CFK (Cystic Fibrosis Kids).
The Simplyhealth Great South Run in Portsmouth and Southsea is the world's leading 10 mile running event, which takes over 20,000 runners around a flat 10 mile course.
