Cape Wrath is 8 days of running across the West Coast Highlands of Scotland.  It's a beast of an Event and attracts an International field of runners.  My training for this Race in January.  Cape Wrath starts on the 22nd May.  

Due to Covid the last few years, I haven't had the opportunity to partake in a multi-day race of this magnitude.  But we can now!

Thank you for clicking on my JustGiving page.  Tiny Steps is a charity founded by Martin and Laura Cliff of Davenham.  They have two daughters, of which one has additional needs.  Their aim is to provide a sensory play area and social cafe for children and young people with additional needs and their families in the Northwich/Winsford area in Cheshire West and Chester.  It's very hard to find activities that are accessible and enjoyable for families in this situation.
