Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Michael Hay and I am currently the Head of Mathematics at
Great Sankey High School in Warrington, having been a member of staff at the school since September 2001

I am originally from Kettering in Northamptonshire and attended Thomas Becket Upper School in Northampton from 1990-1996 and the University of Manchester from 1996 to 2001.

After running five half marathons in Warrington, I am now running my
first marathon. It is quite scary but I am looking forward to the
experience, although my legs would probably disagree with that!

I am raising money for charities that support children and young adults
with disabilities. Having worked with a number of students in the 15
years at GSHS I have always been inspired working with them.

I will be extremely grateful for any support, large or small, to help with these worthwhile causes.
