Heath Through Sport is a registered Charity and was started in 2005 by ex-professional footballer Ronny Goodlass, to deliver football coaching to vulnerable, disadvantaged people and the homeless across Merseyside.

We are looking to achieve the outcomes of ‘Every Person Matters’ – to be healthy, stay healthy, enjoy and achieve and to make a positive contribution and achieve economic well being.

Its overall aim is to help youngsters participate in an enjoyable activity in a safe and friendly environment. I firmly believe that playing sport leads to a much healthier and active lifestyle in an age when there are so many other, less desirable attractions.
