❤️ For 4 very good reasons all close to our teams hearts 

We are supporting the 4P4R team for very special reasons, we are a family of four; 2 children, Callum aged 6, Chloe aged 4 and 3 dogs. Adam has worked with Andy Cooper for many years, and they have always supported each other at work and as friends, but this has got to be one of Coopers most out their idea’s.

We were asked to support this challenge as our son Callum is currently undergoing testing for a disorder called NF1 otherwise known as Neurofibroma. it’s a genetic condition that causes tumours to grow along your nerves it can also be linked to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We noticed at the beginning of the 2021 an unusual large amount of Café Au Lait spots appears and in unusual places such as his armpits and groin. Callum has always been excitable and expressive, which could lead to another trait of NF1 such as ADHD. We have had several appointments with the paediatrician including eye tests and blood tests and are currently awaiting the results. We have been in contact with the Childhood Tumour Trust who are experts supporting families with NF1 and will be supporting them regardless of Callum’s diagnosis to raise more awareness on this condition.

Adam will be walking and supporting his team with jokes and banter as he does at work, uplifting the team spirit and making the gruelling experience as enjoyable as possible.

I will be supporting via the administrative side, reaching out to local businesses to ask for support and fundraising, managing the Facebook and Instagram accounts for 4 Peaks 4 Reasons to raise as much money and awareness as we can for these 4 very special charities.
