Story
SAHODAR UK supports the projects undertaken by our sister charity in a poor, remote area of Nepal. Our website is designed to give you a flavour of the work being undertaken in Garambesi and surrounding areas in the Lamjung district. The focus is on providing medical provision for those who would have to walk great distances or for whom it would be unaffordable.

2021 we hope to see the grand opening of the Hospital and the use of the church/community centre.
It has been such a joy to see the hospital come to almost completion. There has been a delay in the Nepali local government office funds, so this has impacted the opening date for the new hospital. A country that relies heavily on tourism, COVID 19 has also had a huge impact on the economy.
We have a more modest fundraising target this year of £30.000. This is to help with equipment and furnishings. We await a list and costings from Dr Shiva.
