Brathay 262 is an ultra distance cycling event that involves 10 laps of Windermere, England's largest lake, in 24 hours.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Midwife and mum of 3 I ran 10 marathons in 10 days for Brathay Trust in 2016 finishing fastest female over the 10 days.

Fast forward to 2019 and I had my first attempt at cycling the same 10 laps of beautiful Lake Windermere. 262 miles, 19,000 feet climbing, 24 hours to complete the challenge.  On a sweltering day in June heatstroke beat me after 6 laps.  I'm back in 2020 to complete the full challenge.
