I know from personal experience that time spent in a hospital can  be tough whether as a patient or as a visitor.  Salisbury District Hospital's charity Stars Appeal complements the great care being given by providing welcome extras such as free wifi or beds for parents of young inpatients to CAT scanners.

Having benefitted from those extras many times with my family and friends, I now want to raise funds for the Stars Appeal so that others can benefit from their amazing work at Salisbury District Hospital. 

The Trek to Petra covers 100km over 6 days through deserts and mountains and camping along the route.  It will be physically demanding and training has already started.

I need to raise at least £3300, some of which covers the cost of joining the trek as well as the fundraising target.  I am paying the registration fee, insurance, equipment and donating through this page.
