As-salamu alaikum

I have decided to take on a pledge to fund the costs of 15 natural births for Islamic Help for the IH Birth Clinic. It’s £300 to cover the costs for 1 natural birth which means I am aiming to fundraise £4500 to cover 15 natural births In Shaa Allah. 

The IH Birth Clinic is based in Jordan and aims to provide aid to Syrian refugees that face hardship in their pregnancies. While some of us may take the NHS for granted, these expectant mothers often can’t afford healthcare treatments such as health check ups, these women cannot afford the medical bills for caesareans or even natural births.

I have specifically chosen to fundraise for this cause due to my personal connections with it. I am an only child, but not by choice. I should have been the eldest of 15 siblings in total, but Allah tests us in many ways. Unfortunately for my parents, it was not written for them to have any more children. I want to fundraise the costs for 15 natural births for the IH Birth Clinic to symbolise me and our 14 angels that didn’t make it into this world. 

This is very ambitious of me but I have faith that with your help and support I will be able to raise the full amount and cover the costs of 15 natural births for the IH Birth Clinic. 

Please dig deep into your hearts and into your pockets and donate generously towards this cause. I am asking you to keep in mind these refugees that are facing tremendous hardship, especially within their pregnancies. They are in desperate need of aid which Islamic Help can deliver with the use of your donations and support In Shaa Allah.
