Dwi'n rhedeg 10k cyn bo hir dros Ty Hafan. Mae'n elusen werthfawr tu hwnt sy'n gofalu am blant a'u teuluoedd ac sy'n helpu creu atgofion bythgofiadwy. Diolch os chi'n gallu fy noddi.


I'm running the Barry Island 10K on Sunday 4 August to help celebrate 20 years of Ty Hafan who provide a high standard of free care to children in Wales who may die in childhood. Thank you so much for your support!
