Working together, the SLGGS music department and Canterbury Vocals aim to encourage as many people as possible to discover the joy and multiple benefits of music. It is this passion for sharing the joy of music, along with a firm belief in the creative potential in every individual which guides and motivates what we do. Two of our seven choirs at Simon Langton Girls' Grammar School will join together and be giving concerts at FIVE different Cathedrals in ONE DAY to raise money for this worthwhile cause. On Wednesday 5th February the joint choir will be touring the South of England by Coach, using the London Underground and by foot to meet the concert timings at Canterbury Cathedral, Guildford Cathedral, Westminster Cathedral, St Georges Cathedral and Southwark Cathedral - what a day!!
