As most of you know, exercise isn't one of my favourite things, unless it's 'running' to the fridge or 'weight lifting' with a wine glass! 

However with Virtual1's partnership with Restless, I've decided to throw myself in at the deep end (most literally!) and on 1st October - run, climb, crawl a 3-5 mile obstacle course where I have to climb over 10ft walls,  go through fire and haul myself up a rope in the mud - ALL THE MUD!

So this is my chance not only to raise money for Restless who do great things, build the bonds with my team and colleagues during the training and challenge but also to prove that I,can do something like this.

All donations however large or small will see me through the hardest of training sessions, keep at it and push through at the end.
