On Friday, March 16th 2018, Matt, Roger and Clive from Horsham Coworking will be spending a chilly night under the stars, sleeping rough, to raise money for YMCA DownsLink Group, who work with young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Brighton & Hove, Horsham and Guildford.

Most of us think the South East is prosperous with perhaps little deprivation, but every night they provide housing for 550 young people.
Homelessness is not just about rough sleeping. Many young people may find themselves sofa surfing – staying with friends and family, without a stable place to call home. Or they may live in unsafe or overcrowded accommodation. YMCA DLG gives young people a safe place to live, and then the space to deal with issues and start
building for the future.

It's going to be very cold, quite possibly wet, and certainly uncomfortable, and just to up the ante slightly, the next morning at 9am, all three of us will be running 3.2 miles at Horsham ParkRun!

We would very much appreciate your support. Not only is homelessness getting worse in our region (and across the country) and is something that can and does affect people from all walks of life, helping young people to have a future is in all our interests.
