The COVID pandemic has had a severe impact on older people's mental and physical health. Many have seen their health deteriorate due to isolation and lack of opportunities to be socially and physically active. 

Age UK Norwich has been part of the city landscape for over 75 years and the work they do is needed today more than ever. Their 'Active Health' campaign will give opportunities for people to live healthy and active lives.

We are delighted to support this campaign by cycling a 100-mile route as part of the Goss Squad. 

Age UK Norwich helps the person, not just one problem, and your donations will help to make a positive impact on the lives of  thousands of older people in Norwich and make this city a great place to grow old.
