Story

I co-founded HMS OARDACIOUS, a team of Royal Navy Submariners who rowed 3,000miles across the Atlantic Ocean.

We spent  37 days, 6 hours and 40 minutes, surviving 40foot waves, a capsize, salt sores, sea sickness and sleep deprivation.

We now want to build on this legacy; We want to to provide much needed Mental health and well-being support to serving  Royal Navy personnel, their families and veterans!

I swam the channel (relay) in June 2022 and I have most recently completed my second row across the Atlantic ocean in 35 days 17 hours and 19minutes, beating my first crossing time by nearly 2 days and breaking the military record of 36 days.

Any donations will help support some  fantastic mental health and well-being charity projects in our defence community.

Thankyou!

About the charity

The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity is the principle charity of the Royal Navy. Beneficiaries lie at the heart of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity's purpose, it is our duty to remain focused on their needs. Since 2007, we have funded projects and facilities that boost morale for those who serve today. We also distribute millions of pounds annually to military charities which care for the children, families and veterans of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.
