I'm running the Cardiff Half (only the second time I've ever run that distance), and hope to raise as much money as possible for Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital.

As some of you know, during the first year of her life, our daughter Bethan had two separate stays in hospital with Bronchiolitis. The level of care she received was outstanding, and whilst we all know the pressure our NHS is under, I simply cannot fault the diligent support Bethan received to get better.
