This year we're fundraising for the Edinburgh Food Project (EFP).

EFP runs seven food banks across Edinburgh. In addition to providing food parcels, it also provides a range of support to people including housing and employment, and help with free benefits, budgeting, and debt advice. Its ambition is to support those needing the charity's support through this difficult period and help them out of poverty.

In September 2022, EFP provided 1,059 meals to those in need. Its Christmas Appeal for 2022 is to ask those who can to support their fellow Edinburgh citizens by donating a one-off gift of £10 (or more if you're able). This will be used to help provide food parcels, money advice and more than food to the hundreds of people who attend its seven foodbanks every week
