I have been lucky enough to get a place in this years London marathon. My 8th marathon so far and looking forward to the challenge once again. Doesn't get any easier but still love it!!

This is a great opportunity to help raise awareness and as much money as possible for a fantastic charity. Help For Heroes who give much needed and invaluable support to our injured service men and women. As many of you know my brother is currently serving in the army and I want to use this opportunity to show my total support for him and all the other members of the armed forces who deserve our backing. They are out risking their lives fighting for our country and I have massive respect for that. It makes my efforts in training insignifiacnt in comparism with the daily challenges they face.

Many of you have supported me in my previous efforts and I am very grateful for your generosity and encouragement.
