This year I am running the Great North Run for Teenage Cancer Trust.

As you can well imagine I have been involved in vigorous training programmes and a strict balanced diet since I got confirmation I had my space back in April.........   .. . .. ..

A few weeks ago I received my race number which brought to light that race day is soon approaching. The record for the Men's run is just under an hour and in no way do I intend on beating it, ha!

Please, while you dig deep to help me raise some money for my charity, I'll start with my training.
