Arthur Rank Hospice Charity supports people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition and those who need end-of-life care. Its ‘Outstanding’ services are provided free of charge to patients and their families to help make every moment count.

Story

I'll be jumping out of a plane on the 9th of June to raise funds for Arthur Rank Hospice. My colleague Natasha and I are jumping in memory of Peter Howard who designed and implemented algorithms for the company that we work for, Equivital. Peter died of cancer in August 2017 and is sorely missed. He was also a published poet, a critic and a great presence in our team.

We hope to have video of the event annotated with heart rates, breathing rates and the Sheer Terror index as measured by our very own physiological monitors.

Your donation will to go solely to Arthur Rank Hospice not to the cost of the jump. If you've donated already, then thank you very much. If you plan to donate, then thanks in anticipation and if you're just looking well thanks for reading this far and have a nice day anyway.

Natasha’s page can be found here
