Matt Rannamets (organiser of the 1st Snowdon 500) has been a good friend of mine for many years and was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2003 at the early age of just 57 years. Since his diagnosis he has been an inspiration to many people and I am proud to support him in my second year trekking the Snowdon 500.
