Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page - As a team of ten highly motivated but not 100% fit INK'ers, we are undertaking the challenge of raising as much money for Guys Hospital by rowing the equivalent of crossing the channel which is over 21 miles (34 kilometers) in under 2 hours on July 3rd 2008...this will be at Fitness First London Bridge on static rowers (not on an actual boat as we could not get the insurance) The participants are, in no particular fitness order: Stefan Bartsch, Ed Crosbie, Klint Ozolins, Hayley Johnson, Michael Cairns Paige Goodwin, Chris Rayner, Laura Le, Stuart Wass and Nishan Gumani. By sponsoring the team you will be helping the charity where the details are on the left of this page. I am sure you will agree this is a very good cause and a local charity for all us Londoners as well as being up the road from our own offices. Please help us reach our target by sponsoring us and we will ensure we all put 100% into this challenge which we believe has never been done before as a team event! Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor INK;s Channel Crossing Challenge. ECHO at Guy's gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation!
