Charlotte and I are running our first ever 10k on Sunday 17 July in and around the Olympic Stadium (Great Newham London Run). Those of you who know me will know that I am not a 'natural' runner, but am determined to do this in memory of my mother who passed away earlier this year and to raise funds for the Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group. Charlotte is a 'little' more confident.
