Im fundraising for Penny Appeals Gaza Emergency appeal because the people of Gaza are suffering and we need to help.Decades of conflict and brutal blockades have left a terrible mark on the people of Gaza. Over 100,000 people have been left homeless due to the ongoing conflict, while those still with homes in Gaza struggle to access basic necessities like fuel, clean water and food. Countless schools, hospitals and homes have been destroyed, whilst unemployment is now at 80%. This humanitarian crisis has stripped the majority of people in Gaza of their basic human rights- it is simply unacceptable. Penny Appeal are currently working in Gaza to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide people in need with essential medical aid. Just £25 could provide a COVID-19 protection kit to a struggling family in Gaza to keep them safe from coronavirus.
