On 9th October, I'll run the Royal Parks Half Marathon alongside Matt Wise, a youth ambassador for the Spear Programme. This year, we're aiming to beat our personal bests and our fundraising targets!

We're raising money for Resurgo, which among other things, works with some of the most brilliant but disengaged young people in our cities through the Spear Programme. We coach them to find their place and a purpose that is worth getting out of bed for every day. On completing Spear, over 75% of our trainees find work or education and are still there a year later - we know because we support them for a whole year. £2000 is how much it costs for one young person to receive a full year of coaching support - will you support our team in helping to change one more young life?
