On Monday 22nd February 2021 we said our final goodbyes to Irene Cole at the grand age of 89 years old.

Married to Wilf for 68 years & 364 days. 

Mam to Jan, Pauline, Pam and Paul.

Nanny to Michelle, Amanda, Rhiannon, Eleri, Eve and Andrew.

Great Nanny to Joseph, Lewis, Henry, Francis and Gabriel.

Loved by many.

Despite all these numbers, it’s still too soon but we’ve realised we were never going to be ready.

We are so sad, muddling through the days, tossing and turning through sleepless nights. Tears that come from nowhere. But we've also shared the many stories and memories that we have across our wide and much-loved family. 

We’ll say a final goodbye on the 15th of March. Irene's memory lives on in every one of the family.
