Support The Alzheimer Society of Ireland in 2020 | Charities Together

Our lovely Mam, Grandmother and Paddy’s amazing wife, spent the last few years, but specifically the last 6 months battling this cruel disease. Because of COVID restrictions, it was even harder on her and our family, as she was unable to access familiar surroundings or people when she became unwell physically. It made her ability to interact with carers more difficult, along with her ability to communicate her needs and caused so many other problems. This cruel disease needs so much more research and funding to help suffers and their families and carers to gain access to services and look for treatments.
