Thank you for visiting our just giving page, to raise awareness and money for Mental Health UK. 

Ivory Toast are a 5aside Nottingham Trent University Football team. As university students we know many individuals and close friends who suffer from this illness. We are especially aware that suicide is the leading cause of death among men and women aged 20-34, unfortunately we have experienced friends take their life at such an early age.

As a team we feel responsible to raise money and awareness in the hope we can aid others receive the help they need. We cannot stress enough how important this matter is to us and those suffering from mental health. Together we can all raise money to support Mental Health UK to help those in need. 

If you are suffering from mental health or know others that are, please reach out to friends, family and healthcare, you're not alone in your suffering.
