On the 18th of September 2020, we unexpectantly lost our best friend Izzy to SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) and have forever been heartbroken since. Izzy was truly one of a kind and cared about so many. Izzy lived every day to her fullest so in her honour, we are participating in Tough Mudder for Epilepsy Action on the one year anniversary of her death on 18/09/21. We hope to raise more awareness of SUDEP and fund for more support of families affected by Epilepsy every single day.
