After dragging myself round 700 miles of pavement over the last 14 weeks (snore) I'm aiming to break the magic three hour mark at the Berlin Marathon on 16th September. 

I'll be running in aid of Great Ormond Street - the children's hospital that saves thousands of lives a year and where my sister trained to become a paediatric nurse. Any donations to this special cause - no matter how small - very gratefully received.
