Blaine Hancock and a number of his friends are taking on a 100-mile cycling challenge from Long Eaton to Skegness

Story

Story

On the 16th July Blaine was diagnosed with testicular cancer. The last couple of months tested Blaine both mentally and physically but the support he received from his family, friends and girlfriend Emily were amazing.

On the 1st August Blaine had his operation and the recovery was very challenging, involving split stitches and trips to a Portuguese hospital plus many blood tests and scans. It tested his mental strength to the max and it's true what they say. In times of need you find out who is there for you.

On the 3rd of September Blaine received the news that he'd been hoping for and was given the all clear!!! 🙌💙

To all males out there, please check on a regular basis and if anything doesn't seem right then go to your GP.

The team have to take on this challenge for a number of reasons, Blaine Hancock feels there isn't much out there for those directly affected by testicular cancer and not enough men talking about their health.

We are on a mission to raise around £3,600 in aid of Baggy Trousers UK to help continue the life saving work and secondly share his personal experience with testicular cancer in the hope of raising awareness to encourage males to check themselves on a regular basis.

All donations will be greatly appreciated and will go along way to helping with a great cause!
