I am taking part in the Foundation for Ribble Valley Families' attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest ever game of 5-a-side football. We will be kicking off at 10:00am on Thursday 18 July, and playing solidly for 75 hours until 1:00pm on Sunday 21st.

The group of 16 players will be playing non stop football, only gaining a 5 minute break for every full hour played. It’s going to be an exhausting challenge both mentally and physically but you can read about this brilliant cause and all the great work that they do in the summary below.

The funds raised from this event will ensure that the charity can continue to provide their services (free at the point of access) to those requiring mental support in the area.
