Walk, run, cycle (or another method of active travel) and follow in the footsteps of one of our refugee students. Between 6th June and 8th July, encourage all your friends and family to sponsor you to complete part of one of their journeys.

Story

''I went from being destitute and living in emergency accommodation, to getting a qualification with Caritas Salford and now succeeding in my university course.'' Former student Caritas Aspire helps asylum seekers and refugees, who have fled their countries, make Manchester their new home. We do this by providing high quality language lessons, delivered in a welcoming community environment, mentoring into further education and employment, and wrap-around wellbeing services. In this year of great challenge/need, we are asking you to walk, run, cycle (or anything else!) in the shoes of one of our students.
