Story
I will run 5km from absolute zero fitness. This will take a minimum of 8 weeks. I will cut out sugar, caffeine, and alcohol until I've done it.
I will also be leaving my phone in a pot at home. I'll use it for running and take it to work. but at home, it stays in the pot. (if the pot rings I'll answer).
I'm not sure which of these will be hardest. Possibly the caffeine!
There should be significant mental health benefits to all of this.
I'm raising money for Friends of Corinium Museum. Funds will go to the development of the new (and spectacular) prehistory galleries, related activities and a school education session.
I will start Saturday 13th July.
