Hey my name is James Lawrence,

I am a college lecturer and a health and fitness professional from St.Albans Hertfordshire. 

This will be the first marathon I have ran in my 25 years. I am running on behalf of Aspire. A brilliant charity which helps with spinal injures everything  from recovery to fitting specialised housing equipment. This charity is very close to my heart and I would like to do my best in raising funds by running the 2014 London marathon.
