Veterans Lifeline would benefit hugely if it owned its own Minibus. It would enable us to transport struggling veterans and their families to and from the VL Static Caravan as well as supporting the annual VL March and many other positive activities

Story

Hi everyone on the 8th August 2019 its my 60th birthday. Last years I asked family and friends not to buy me birthday gifts but to donate any money that you would spend me to donate it to  Veterans Lifeline  a charity that helps Veterans  with PTSD  and the family's  of Veterans who need help with food parcels and help even pay the rent to keep a roof over the family's head and lots more.

So for my birthday this year I am asking the same but all money will go to help Veterans Lifeline purchasing a Mina Bus to help get the family's to the caravan that was purchased earlier this year and has been a great success in helping veterans family's get a well deserved break. The Mina bus will also help the annual Veterans’ Lifeline march which helps raise money the keep the charity running to help our Veterans.

But this year I will be walking up Ben Nevis the highest mounting in the British Isles  on my 60th Birthday. And my 7 year old son Robert will be walking up with me. So please family and friends can you spare any free cash to help raise money towards the purchase of the Mina Bus.

I will kick the fund off with £200. £100 of my own money and £100 collected from the sun saver codes over the last year.

No money raised will go to wages, all money goes to help our Veterans and family's.
