For some unknown reason I have agreed to abseil down Guys hospital tower for a great charity called Echo - which is a charity that supports children with heart difficulties. This is a very good cause so don't be tight and donate what ever you can afford.

The event is only a couple of weeks away (24th) so get donating.

In case you are not familiar with the huge building next to London bridge station, the tower is 469 ft high and is tallest hospital in the world and one of the tallest building in London.
