James’s Dad has IPF and it’s really crap to see what he has, is and will be going through. So We thought what way could we make a difference, to take on a challenge we have no idea how we are going to complete would be a good place to start.  The thought of seeing our fabulous family and friends stood on the beach at the Ty Coch in Nefyn and raising money to help fight and prevent IPF is the perfect motivation to get focused.
