Hospice Huntsville provides high quality palliative care to members of our community at end of life. Since 1989, we have provided palliative supports and services to the broader Muskoka area including visiting volunteer services, grief and bereavement programming and a five bed residential hospice. These services are provided free of charge. Only 40% of our operating costs are covered by provincial funding- we rely on fundraising efforts like this one to raise the other 60% of the funds we need to continue these critical programs.
