I have decided (at short notice) to take part in this years St.Helens 10K in memory of Ava-Marie Flavell who was born with Edwards Syndrome (Trisomy 18) and raise funds for Derian House who supported the family throughout her short life. 

I never had the privilege to meet the precious Ava-Marie but I’ve got to know her family and love reading their stories and seeing their pictures. I want to help keep her memory alive by raising vital funds for other children and families who use Derian House.
