Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My dad, Alan Taylor, died in May which has devastated me and my sister and our family. I decided I had to do something positive in my Dad's memory and thought of a half marathon (done 10km races years ago but never a half marathon - eek!).  Two of Dad's beloved dogs - my canine sisters - came from the dogs' home. I can clearly remember meeting Poppy and Pelli at the Harpurhey site and excitedly taking them home with Dad. 

Fingers crossed i can run/jog round the course without having to walk any of it (despite arthritis in my left foot!), and raise money for a wonderful local charity.
