I’m starting my #TakeSteps walk for the British Lung Foundation at Nuffield Health Stoke Poges Fitness & Wellbeing Gym on Saturday 26th January 2019. I have an incurable autoimmune & lung disease and have been raising awareness through my campaign #JaysFight. My 'Take Health' story has recently been published by Asian Voice News, to help raise awareness of lung conditions and pulmonary rehabilitation. The BLF has been a great source of information for me.
