It's my birthday on November the 30th! 

My family and Mary's family have been having an awful time of it lately with cancer. It's not at all fair and so rough on everyone. So I thought it'd be nice to see if we can raise a bit of money to help fund research into fighting the diseases. 

Imagine I've invited you for drinks at The Swimmer. Would you get me a birthday card? Maybe even a small present? Would you buy me a drink? Would you buy yourself a drink? Would you get the bus there, or the tube if you're a bit fancier than me? If so, how about taking the money you would have spent on that and donating it here instead? It doesn't have to be a lot. Just a bit. A bit will help more than nothing.
