Hello visitor!!

As you may have surmised, this is a plea to raise money for the Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland charity. You can follow the link to see what they get up to and where your hard earned grizby goes.

At the same time, it's a chance for you to participate, in the safety of your own dry home, in drowning / dunking / at least wetting me by seeing me off for a day of white water rafting with some totally inexperienced and terrified friends. 

So here we go. My target is 120 quid (I'll put in the first dollop) in 2 weeks, and each of you get a pint upon my safe return (It's a fairly safe bet... unless...)

It's totally safe to donate here... no spam, the money is sent directly to the charity (so it's not for me, yeah?) and you'll help people safe in the knowledge that I'll also be having a soaking blast!
